We strive to represent every item accurately through descriptions and images; however, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to natural materials and lighting. These differences are not considered defects but part of the unique beauty of handcrafted jewelry.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. OnlyByGraceCo reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

4. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. In the event an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or issue a full refund.

5. Shipping

We aim to process and ship orders within the stated timeframe listed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. OnlyByGraceCo is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@onlybygraceco.com.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
Please note:

  • Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.

7. Repairs & Replacements

If your jewelry arrives damaged or develops a fault within 14 days of purchase, please contact us immediately. We will offer repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, branding, and written content on OnlyByGraceCo.com are the property of OnlyByGraceCo and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

9. Privacy
